Elizabeth Niksich is the southern region account manager for Mayo Clinic's Health Management Resources division. In this capacity, Ms. Niksich works with diverse organizations to define organizational health management needs, and recommends appropriate strategies to fill objectives. Niksich has 15 years of experience in the health management field including managing Texas Instruments' award-winning health promotion program, working with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas where she helped companies implement wellness programs and in several hospitals directing rehabilitation and wellness programs.

With degrees in Exercise Physiology (M.A.) and Marketing (B.S.B.A.), Elizabeth combines the science with the practical business applications for successful personal training. In addition, Elizabeth has earned certifications from numerous organizations. She teaches step, kickboxing and barbell group exercise classes and trains for long distance road races. Having already completed 5 marathons and dozens of half marathons, Elizabeth enjoys running throughout the US and training other runners.

Ms. Niksich is the Region VI Association for Worksite Health Promotion Membership Chairperson and an IFPA Certification Specialist. She is a frequent speaker/educator on wellness, preventative health care and disease management topics.
