SUPERVISED GROUP EXERCISE SESSIONS
1. Fee/Session charge will vary from $10.00 - $20.00 depending on the social economics of the physician’s patient base.
2. Patients/Session will increase as the program matures, as word of mouth spreads and as additional trainers are hired/trained.
3. Sessions/Day will increase as the program matures and as additional trainers are hired/trained.
4. Revenues/Day will increase as the program matures.
5. Revenues/Week are based on a 6-day work week, as the program matures you have the option of keeping the Doctor’s Fitness Center open 7 days/week, which results in a 14.3% increase in potential revenue.
6. Revenues/Month are based on an average of 26 workdays per month.
7. Revenues/Year are based on an average of 313 workdays per year.
Breakdown
• Doctor’s Fitness Centers of 600 – 800 sq.ft. can accommodate 10 patients per session.
• Doctor’s Fitness Centers of 1200 – 1600 sq.ft. can accommodate 20 patients per session.
• Doctor’s prescribe patients attend sessions 3 times a week.
• Patients pay in advance of sessions
• 600 – 800 sq.ft. = 160 (8 sessions/day) to 320 (16 sessions/day); 160-320 Workouts/day 1200 – 1600 sq.ft. 320 (8 sessions/day) to 640 ** (16 sessions/day); 320-640 Workouts/day
**In order to service over 640 patients the Doctor’s Fitness Center will need to expand to operating 7 days a week (this can accommodate an additional 92 patients) or increase the size of the facility.
• Group sessions are prescribed for low risk patients (no medical risk factors) and can be trained/supervised by level one Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT). Level one PFT will cost $10.00 an hour (or below) because they will be in the IFPA-ON-THE-JOB training program leading to a 4 year BS degree in Fitness Training. Labor costs will be less that 5 – 10% of total revenue.
• Other than origination costs for BUILD-OUT and EQUIPMENT and monthly utilities costs, all other costs for delivery of services will be small.
Supervised Group Exercise Goals
• Achieve 80% or better compliance with all patients exercising 3 times a week.
• Achieve scores of 6.5 or better on all PFT evaluations.
• Achieve accident free exercise environment.
• Achieve retention rate of 80% or better.
• Achieve 80% or better success rate on patient health goals.
• Limit expenses to 35% of total revenues within first 12 months of full operation: achieve 65% (before taxes) net profit.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING SESSIONS
1. Fee/Session charge will vary from $75.00 - $200.00 depending on numerous factors: Social economics of the patient base Prescription needs of the patient

• PFT sessions will be executed by Level 2 PFT’s (level 2 PFTs are in the intermediate stages of the IFPA Degree Program and will make 25 – 30% of the session fee). Some sessions may require a Level 3 PFT (level 3 PFTs are in the advanced stages of the IFPA Degree Program and will make 30 – 35% of the session fee) or Level 4 PFT (level 4 PFTs have successfully completed the IFPA Degree Program and will make 35 – 40% of the session fee).
Personal Fitness Training Goals
• Achieve 90% or better compliance, with all patients exercising 3 times a week (or more).
• Achieve scores of 8.0 or better on all PFT evaluations.
• Achieve an accident-free exercise environment.
• Achieve a retention rate of 90% or better.
• Achieve a 90% or better success rate on patient health goals.
• Limit expenses to 50% of total revenue within the first 12 months of full operation; achieve 50% (before taxes) net profit.

2. Doctors Fitness Center: IFPA provides a complete turn-key system starting at $175,000 (total system price varies on square footage available and type of patient to be serviced, etc.).

IFPA fees cover the cost of continuous PFT training, education, skill development, evaluation, execution, and supervision of the IFPA-PFT-Degree Program, and continuous supervision, consulting, and management of the Doctor’s Fitness Center.
