Congratulations to
all of you on your success with the IFPA Sports
Conditioning Specialist Certification (SCSC) and the IFPA Youth
Fitness Instructor Certification (YFIC).
We at the IFPA are always happy to receive reports on your
accomplishments, but the critical nature of the SCSC and YFIC are
especially exhilarating. Not only are you bringing great credit to the
IFPA, but you are also leading a revolution in athletic training while
simultaneously enriching the lives of our countrys youth and elite
(or soon to be elite) athletes.

that all IFPA SCSC and YFIC Instructors have the best and latest
research and techniques for maximizing athletic development I have
provided a detailed analysis of proper sprinting technique. Many of you
are already aware that speed and power are omnipotent in athletic
competition. Im sure many of you are also aware that teaching proper

of the Kinetic Chain that is absolutely essential for success in

For those of you
that are unaware, the IFPA has added 10 Sport Specific Sports
Conditioning Certifications to complement both the IFPA SCSC and YFIC,
these are: Baseball, Basketball, Distance Running, Football,
Golf,
Hockey, Martial Arts, Soccer, Tennis and Volleyball.
All of these
certifications complement and enhance the volume of essential and
practical information you learned from the SCSC and YFIC.
