Advanced Plyometric Training CEC (6 credits)

The Advanced Plyometric Training Continuing Education Program is designed to further the knowledge of all fitness professionals with an emphasis on high-powered plyometrics. Its sole purpose is to give you the advanced exercises and programs used by all top athletes and coaches. This is not a certification course. It is an educational program to be used by all fitness professionals striving to raise their level of professionalism.

This course is designed to provide you with the principles of high intensity plyometric training to the development of long and short term training programs to increase upper, middle and lower body power.
