Functional Training for Sports CEC (12 credits)

The Functional Training for Sports continuing education course is designed to further the knowledge of all fitness professionals with an emphasis on functional training for sports. Its sole purpose is to further your professional education. This is not a certification course. Ii is an educational program to be used by all fitness professionals striving to raise their level of professionalism.

The focus of this course is effective strength tests and detailed exercise progressions that will achieve your full athletic potential. As you master each progression, you will be more prepared to perform your best with notable improvements in stability and balance, reaction time, core strength and power.
