The Rules of Engagement (ROE) for Personal Trainers CEC (8 credits)
Before a fighter pilot goes on a mission, he is required to go through a thorough briefing on the "Rules of Engagement"
(ROE) for that mission. If he is preparing for an Air-to-Air Combat Mission, every pilot on that mission will be briefed and will be
required to follow all the ROE for that mission. ROE are required for the safety of the pilots, combat crew members and their aircraft.
Personal Trainers also need ROE. While a personal training session may not be as dangerous as Air-to-Air Combat, Low-Level Tactical
Navigation or Close Air Support Missions, the need for professionalism, dedication and duty is just as high for the Personal Trainer
as it is for a Fighter Pilot.
All Air Force Pilots are also required to memorize EMERGENCY Procedures. You, as a professional IFPA
Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) also need to memorize certain procedures. The Air Force Pilot must know Procedures
in order to save their lives, their crew’s lives or their aircraft from destruction. As an IFPA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, you need to memorize
certain procedures in order to save your client from harm or in worst case scenarios from death.
