Tai Chi – Chi Kung CEC (8 credits)

This course is designed to further the knowledge of all fitness professionals with an emphasis on the art of Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Its sole purpose is to further your professional education. This is not a certification course. It is an educational program to be used by all fitness professionals striving to raise their level of professionalism.

This Tai Chi – Chi Kung continuing education program will introduce you to the mental, spiritual and physical benefits of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and the power of Chi. It is designed to provide you with the underlying principles and the movements of the foundation Level of Tai Chi-Chi Kung including the "20 Moves of Chi Kung" and the "13 Moves of Tai Chi."
