Course Description: Aerobic
training is essential to build and maintain the health and fitness of
the cardiovascular system. This course will teach you what you must
know in order to understand and design safe and effective aerobic
training programs. In the accompanying DVD, IFPA President Jim Bell PhD
will educate you on the aerobic training principles from the very
beginner struggling to lose fat while attempting to put on muscle to
the elite endurance athlete aiming for optimal performance.
Prerequisite: All CEU Courses can be taken by IFPA members and non-members.
