Books:

Shipping prices for books are dependent on their weight and the location they are being shipped to. Your Shipping charges will be displayed when you check out, before you enter your payment.

PFT Certifications Shipping Charges To Puerto Rico:

PFT Primary Package is $24 to ship to Puerto Rico.

PFT Distant Learning Package is $29 to ship to Puerto Rico.

PFT Elite Package is $52 to ship to Puerto Rico.

PFT Elite Certification:

Shipping for the PFT Elite package is $52 plus any additional fees (see below).

Additional Fees:

$10 additional to ship to Alaska and Hawaii

$5 additional to ship to Puerto Rico

$50 additional to ship International orders

Shipping Information:

Allow 5-7 business days for orders within the US (except CEUs & books)

Allow 1-3 weeks for books shipping to a location in the US

Allow 2-3 weeks for CEU orders within the US

Allow 4-6 weeks for International orders

All US orders are shipped UPS Adult Signature Required. Please provide shipping address where package can be signed for. Students may elect to have package sent to work address.

International orders are shipped Global Express and are currently available as Distance Learning only. All international orders must be in US currency.

Can NOT ship to a P.O. Box. Need a physical location (residence or work).
No Refund Policy:
 
All IFPA programs provide professional education, training and certification. Certification testing materials are non-reusable and non-returnable.  IFPA registration fees and tuition fees are non-refundable. All registered individuals are given an opportunity to complete the certification exam either by on-site workshops or by distance learning, Any enrolled student’s change in career path or decision to exit the fitness industry will not provide for an exception to the refund policy.

Students that register for more than one certification program take $100 off each additional program! Discount applies to single student registering for multiple certifications. This discount may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, or sale offer.

 

  • Save $100 by registering for 2 different certification programs

Choosing an On Site Review Workshop location/date:

Under the On Site option,  choose "Click here to find a workshop near you". A new window will appear with a map of the US. Click on your state to find the workshop nearest you. Workshops are listed alphabetically by city. Either write down your preferred date/location or leave the window open. You will need to record the date, city, and state of your preferred workshop in the "On Site Workshop Information" field when you finalize your online registration. All workshop dates, times, locations and fees are subject to change. A $50 rescheduling fee is required for student to change workshop date.

Sales Tax (Florida residents only):
 
A 6.5% Florida Sales Tax will be added to all book orders. Tax does not apply to registration fees for certification programs.
 
Authenticity:
 
All IFPA certification programs, study materials, and examinations are proprietary and may not be reproduced. Only IFPA certification diplomas and exam results postmarked from Tampa, Florida, USA are considered valid and authentic.
Course Completion Deadline:
 
6 months from the date of purchase.
