Subject matter contained in this course includes: the anatomy of optimizing strength, assessing weight training readiness, linking muscles to exercise movement, analyzing the risk-benefit ratio weight training exercises and designing training programs for optimal strength.

  • Learn the biomechanically correct technique for proper strength training
  • Learn to avoid the common Weight Training mistakes made by beginners and highly advanced, highly experienced competitive weight-lifters, athletes and Body-Builders make on a daily basis
  • Learn that certain muscles, joints, bones and biomechanical dysfunctions, may be caused by improper lifting techniques
  • Lean how to correct dysfunction and achieve the highest level of muscle, bone, joint and biomechanical function
