The Optimal Muscle Training continuing education program gives you the skill and abilities to get your clients functioning at 100 percent. This course contains over 100 practical exercises to correct muscle imbalances and optimize muscle function.
Subject matter contained in this course includes: the anatomy of optimizing strength, assessing weight training readiness, linking muscles to exercise movement, analyzing the risk-benefit ratio weight training exercises and designing training programs for optimal strength.
