Sports Conditioning Specialist: Golf CEC


The Sports Conditioning Specialist: Golf continuing education course is designed to further the knowledge of all fitness professionals with an emphasis in golf specific sports conditioning . Its sole purpose is to further your professional education in golf sports conditioning program design. This is not a certification course. It is an educational program to be used by all fitness professionals striving to raise their level of professionalism.

  • Understand Golfer Flexibility Training and using flexibility for a Full-Swing Ace
  • Understand the importance of Pre-round Warm-Up; Weight Training for maximum driving distance; Core Training for Postural Stability and Cuff Training for a solid backswing
  • Understand the concept of Motor Memory for Power Transfer and skill execution
  • Understand Nutrition and Supplementation for the golfers’ energy needs
