Coach physique development with a method that blends science and craft. In the Bodybuilding Specialist certification, you’ll program hypertrophy phases that balance volume, intensity, and frequency; select exercises by function and fiber bias; and refine technique with tempo, range of motion, and mind–muscle cues. Learn how to target lagging muscle groups, structure effective splits, and periodize for growth, mini-cuts, and peaking. Pair training with practical nutrition (protein targets, energy balance, macronutrient timing) and recovery strategies (sleep, deloads, stress management) that support sustainable progress. You’ll use progress photos and simple metrics to assess symmetry, practice posing fundamentals to sharpen presentation, and adapt plans for busy schedules or joint considerations—so clients add muscle, keep it, and look their best.

Course Goals
- Build evidence-based hypertrophy programs across meso and microcycles.
- Coach exercise selection, setup, tempo, and range to maximize stimulus.
- Address weak points and symmetry with targeted volume and frequency.
- Integrate nutrition, recovery, and deload strategies that sustain progress.
- Monitor physique change and adjust plans to keep results moving.
Learning Objectives
- Explain key drivers of hypertrophy (mechanical tension, proximity to failure, volume).
- Use RIR/RPE, set/rep schemes, and frequency to dose training by goal and experience.
- Match grips, angles, and leverages to bias specific regions.
- Outline nutrition basics: protein needs, calorie targets, macro timing, and hydration.
- Plan phases (build, mini-cut, peak) and apply progression/deload rules within scope.
Skills Gained
- Write split templates (upper/lower, PPL, specialization blocks) with clear progressions.
- Cue mind–muscle connection, tension, and bracing for safer, stronger reps.
- Swap and sequence movements to protect joints while preserving stimulus.
- Troubleshoot plateaus with volume/intensity tweaks and exercise variations.
- Use photos, tape measures, and performance logs to track change and refine programming.
