Fundamental Weight Training
Start strong—with fundamentals you can trust. This 6 Credit CEU teaches proper setup, spotting, and form for the major patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, core) and shows how to choose weights, reps, and rest without guesswork. You’ll learn warm-up structure, bracing and breathing, and how to progress from machines to free weights safely. Programming templates cover 2–4 day splits, beginner through early-intermediate progressions, and time-savvy circuits. Finish with straightforward tracking tools and coaching cues that keep sessions effective, safe, and confidence-building.

Course Goals
