You’ll map BPM and phrase counts to blocks, craft seamless transitions, and layer cues from deck to keep timing tight. Learn to scale intensity in shallow and deep water using speed, surface area, lever length, and equipment (belts, dumbbells, noodles, fins). Programming covers cardio, strength circuits, and mobility flows; safety includes spacing, entry/exit, and thermoregulation.
