Seafood Soup Recipe

Seafood Soup is delicious and a must-comfort meal in these cold winter months!

2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
2 28 oz cans of water
2 heaping tbsp chicken base
1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Creole Cajun seasoning
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 16 oz bag mixed seafood
1⁄2 lb medium-sized shrimp, raw and peeled
1⁄2 lb scallops

Sauté onions, garlic, and celery in olive oil.
Cook until soft and translucent, add tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add water and seasonings, and cook for 25 minutes on low/medium heat.
Stir occasionally.
Add the rinsed seafood and cook on med/low heat for 10 minutes
