Chicken Bianco with Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp Chicken base
  • 1½ water
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 8 ounces mushrooms (thinly sliced, optional)
  • ½ juice of lemon
  • Capers

 

Directions:

Fill pan with inch of olive oil.

Heat on medium.

Once hot, dredge chicken with flour and pan fry.

Remove chicken before fully cooked.

Add flour and butter.

Once melted and slightly brown add water and chicken base.

Once thickened add wine.

Cook for 2 mins.

Add mushrooms, cook 2 mins.

Add chicken.

Cook 5 mins.

Add lemon juice and capers.

Cook on low until chicken is done.

 

Serve with pasta of your choice.
