Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Layered chocolate protein overnight oats in a glass mason jar topped with a spoonful of natural creamy peanut butter and chia seeds.

Yields: 1 Serving

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk of choice
Directions
  1. Add the rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, and chia seeds to a mason jar or sealable container. Stir the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the natural peanut butter and pour the milk into the container.
  3. Stir vigorously until the protein powder is completely dissolved and the peanut butter is well integrated.
  4. Seal the container tightly with its lid.
  5. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours, or leave overnight to enjoy the next morning.

Drizzle extra peanut butter and sprinkle with nuts, dark chocolate pieces, bananas, or toppings of choice for some extra pizzazz and enjoy!
