Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
- Place the flesh of the two ripe avocados into a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
- Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
- Divide the mousse into two serving cups or bowls.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
