Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions
  1. Place the flesh of the two ripe avocados into a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  3. Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
  4. Divide the mousse into two serving cups or bowls.
  5. Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
