Ingredients
- 1 large English cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Lay the cucumber slices flat on a serving plate.
