Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

1.25 lb ground turkey

6 halves sun-dried tomatoes

1 red onion

2 oz frozen spinach
-
1/4 cup crumbled feta
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
1/3 cup bread crumbs
-
1 cucumber
-
Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp garlic, minced

1 egg
Directions:
- Thaw spinach and squeeze out moisture.
- Roughly chop spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and 1/4 of the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, tomatoes, onion, feta, garlic, oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Mix well and shape into 6 patties.
- Cook thoroughly.
Serve with sauce, red onion, or cucumber slices if desired.
