Healthy(ish) Chocolate Bark Recipe

4 oz 80% to 90% dark/bittersweet chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp pecans, roughly chopped
2 tbsp unsalted pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp dried cranberries, roughly chopped

Line an 8-inch square pan of wax paper
Melt chocolate in a double broiler
Once fully add coconut oil to melted chocolate
Pour the chocolate mixture into the lined pan
Sprinkle pecans, pistachios, and cranberries over chocolate
Over with plastic wrap and freeze frozen 30 minutes
Once hardened, cut or break into size pieces best for you… or your sweetheart!
