Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small oven-safe ramekin or dish.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and baking powder.
- Pour in the egg whites and unsweetened almond milk. Stir until completely combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Transfer the mixture into your prepared dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
