Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup English cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, halved
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed chickpeas, diced cucumber, and halved Kalamata olives.
- Flake the drained tuna into the bowl using a fork.
- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice over the top of the ingredients.
- Toss everything thoroughly until the dressing is evenly distributed.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
