No-Bread BLT

Low Carb No Bread BLT

Ingredients:

  • Sliced cooked bacon

  • 1 beefsteak tomato, sliced and halved

  • Red leaf lettuce (whole leaves)

  • Pickle slices (sandwich-style)

  • Optional: sliced cheese

Instructions:

  1. Lay one full lettuce leaf flat.

  2. Place a tomato slice on the lettuce.

  3. Add cooked bacon on top.

  4. Add a sandwich-style pickle slice.

  5. Optional: Place cheese between the lettuce and tomato for added flavor.

  6. Fold the lettuce to form a wrap or “sandwich.”

  7. Enjoy immediately!
