Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the snap peas and the peeled shrimp.
- Pour the low-sodium soy sauce over the mixture.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat immediately to keep the shrimp tender.
