Ingredients
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the snap peas and the peeled shrimp.
  4. Pour the low-sodium soy sauce over the mixture.
  5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from heat immediately to keep the shrimp tender.

Serve with your favorite rice and enjoy!
