Ingredients:
1 tortilla (low-carb or whole wheat optional)
1–2 eggs, scrambled
1–2 slices cooked breakfast meat of choice (bacon, sausage, ham, etc.)
Shredded cheese (mozzarella recommended for low-carb)
Optional add-ins: salsa, jalapeños, chopped onions, avocado, spinach
Instructions:
Scramble eggs to your preferred doneness.
Warm the tortilla in the oven or microwave—just enough to make it flexible.
Layer scrambled eggs in the center of the tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese over the eggs.
Add your choice of breakfast meat.
Include any optional add-ins you like.
