Directions
- 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cubed chicken breasts and broccoli florets together on the sheet pan.
- Drizzle everything evenly with the extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Spread the chicken and broccoli out into a single layer across the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
