Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thoroughly dry the rinsed chickpeas with a paper towel. Removing excess moisture makes them crunchier.
- Toss the chickpeas in a bowl with the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crisp. Let cool slightly before serving.
