Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thoroughly dry the rinsed chickpeas with a paper towel. Removing excess moisture makes them crunchier.
  3. Toss the chickpeas in a bowl with the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crisp. Let cool slightly before serving.
