Ingredients
- 1 lb wild-caught salmon fillets, skin removed and cubed
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp sriracha or chili paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, pure maple syrup, sriracha, and minced garlic.
- Add the cubed salmon to the bowl and gently toss to coat all sides evenly with the glaze.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated salmon bites to the hot pan in a single layer, discarding excess liquid.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes without moving them to develop a seared crust, then flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
