Prep time: 8 mins | Cook time: 7 mins
Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients
  • 1 lb wild-caught salmon fillets, skin removed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha or chili paste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, pure maple syrup, sriracha, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the cubed salmon to the bowl and gently toss to coat all sides evenly with the glaze.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated salmon bites to the hot pan in a single layer, discarding excess liquid.
  5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes without moving them to develop a seared crust, then flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Serve with a side of your favorite rice and cucumbers for added taste and texture, enjoy!
