The Perfect Sourdough Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sourdough Starter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ½ warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Combine starter, flour, water salt and olive oil in mixing bowl.
Knead dough for 2-3 minutes.
Form dough into ball and place into well oiled bowl, cover, and rise.
For best results let sit for 8 hours.
Preheat the oven and pizza stone to 400 degrees with pizza stone in oven
Shape dough and roll to ¼ to ½ inch thick.
Place on preheated pizza stone.
Add sauce and toppings to dough.
Brush crust with olive oil (pro tip: add a pinch of garlic salt to the olive oil before brushing to add taste).
Bake 12-15 mins.
