Cheese Steak Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:

4 bell peppers, halved

2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1 ½ lb skirt steak, thinly sliced

1 yellow onion, sliced

16 oz sliced mushrooms
-
3 garlic cloves, minced
-
8 slices provolone cheese
-
¼ cup Italian dressing
-
Oregano, Italian garlic seasoning, salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place bell peppers face down on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat oil and butter.
- Add steak and cook to taste.
- Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Once cooked, add Italian dressing and seasonings.
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture and top each with provolone.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
